Sunk Cost Fallacy: The Relationship Mistake That Keeps People Stuck for Years

0

Leaving is often made harder by other cultural messages that mistake endurance with valor. “Many people have internalized the belief that staying, regardless of emotional cost, is a marker of their individual loyalty or strength,” says Pataky. As such, breaking up after many years can then feel like a personal failure.

Taken together, these beliefs can make it very difficult to ask the more meaningful question about the relationship—such as whether the relationship is still nourishing who they are today—let alone exit it.

The real costs of staying past the point of alignment

Ending a long-term relationship can feel like “throwing away” years of time and effort. But being in a relationship that no longer feels aligned with who you are and what you want can come at the cost of your mental and emotional well-being.

“Staying in a relationship primarily because of what you’ve already sunk into it requires ongoing self-betrayal,” says Pataky. Over time, suppressing your needs, emotions, and inner truth can erode self-trust and self-worth—both of which are foundational to mental health. That misalignment between internal experience (wanting to leave) and external reality (not leaving) can also show up as anxiety, depression, emotional numbing, or burnout, she says.

Unsatisfactory relationships can become more draining over time, says Heather Shannon, LCPC, CST, a licensed professional counselor, AASECT-certified sex therapist, and host of the Ask a Sex Therapist podcast. Stress and resentment often builds within relationships driven by sunk cost thinking, which increases within the relationship. Living in this state of heightened strain can lead people to feel irritable, trapped, and even hopeless, she says.

What else keeps people in sunk cost relationships?

Beyond sunk cost thinking, there are very real emotional, financial, and/or logistical factors that can make cutting off a relationship complicated.

On the emotional front, even if you recognize your relationship has passed its expiration, “leaving can feel destabilizing,” says Hertz. It often involves confronting feelings of loss, ambiguity, and grief, which all needed to be attended to, she says.

Armani Luminous Silk Foundation – New Formula

0

Armani recently reformulated their cult classic Luminous Silk Foundation ($69, Nordstrom and Sephora). As a longtime fan of the original I have to admit I was in a panic over the news and purchased a few backups just in case the new one ended up being completely different. After nearly a month of testing I am happy to report the new version is just as good as the original and my shade match 6.5 is still the same.

Armani added more shades in the lineup and changed the formula to include niacinamide. The two formulas are almost identical on my skin. You can see a demo of the new formula in action here with the Hourglass Vanish Foundation Brush. In my experience there is a slight difference in the coverage with the new one being just the slightest bit thinner and a bit sheerer, but the differences are barely detectable. A few of you noticed from my video though that the new one seems to have a little less pigment.

Coverage is still the same medium naturally glowy finish. I love that it glows but isn’t too emollient/dewy. It evens out the skin nicely in a natural looking way. Coverage is still natural so your skin does show through and I have a few dark spots (healing acne scars) that still show through underneath on my chin area. This can be fixed with concealer (I like Natasha Denona’s Hy-Glam Concealer for the best coverage with a creamy formula). I always set with a powder and lately I’ve been loving the Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Loose Powder Shade 30 or Laura Mercier Translucent Loose (love this in multiple shades, the Rose Talc-Free Ultra Blur Version is also good too).

Most of the shades seem to be the same but there are a handful that have changed. They have a helpful shade chart to show which shades are different and the new recommended match (Shades 1.5, 4.25, 4.75, 7.5, 7.75 and 8 are different now).

Armani Luminous Silk Foundation new formula review Shade 6.5

Overall really love. It is really similar to the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Foundation (I wear BD41), but the Armani has a lighter feel in texture and finish. I think it’s also a little less emollient than the Victoria Beckham Beauty Foundation Drops (I have Shades 7 and 8).

You can find this out now at Nordstrom, Sephora, Bloomingdale’s and all Armani Beauty counters.

How to Strengthen Your Skin Barrier in Winter

0

IT’S BARRIER REPAIR MONTH
STRONG, LIKE YOU

Cold air outside and dry indoor heat can take a toll on your skin barrier. During winter, environmental stress and moisture loss can leave skin feeling dry, sensitive, and less resilient.

February is Barrier Defense Month, making it the perfect time to focus on how to strengthen your skin barrier in winter. Supporting the skin barrier helps skin retain hydration, maintain comfort, and look visibly healthier through cold weather and beyond.

Why February Is About Slowing Down – 100% PURE

0

Introduction

January is often about resetting. Clearing habits. Simplifying routines. Getting back on track. By the time February arrives, that forward momentum naturally softens. Energy shifts from fixing to feeling, from restarting to settling in.

This change is not a setback. It is an invitation.

February offers a quieter moment to reconnect with your skin in a different way. Instead of correcting concerns or chasing visible results, skincare becomes an act of care. A way to support the skin gently after months of stress, stimulation, and constant adjustment.

When skincare is approached with intention rather than urgency, the skin responds differently. Touch becomes soothing instead of rushed. Products feel supportive rather than corrective. Over time, this shift can change not only how your skin looks, but how it feels day to day.

Skincare as self care is not about indulgence. It is about presence. And February is the perfect time to slow down.

Why Skin Responds to Slowing Down

Skin is deeply connected to stress. When the body is rushed or overwhelmed, stress hormones can increase inflammation, sensitivity, and reactivity at the skin’s surface. This is why skin often flares during busy or emotionally charged periods, even when products remain the same.

Slowing down helps interrupt that cycle. Gentle, consistent routines signal safety to the skin. Cleansing without rushing. Applying products with care. Giving formulas time to absorb. These small changes support barrier recovery and help calm overstimulated skin.

When the skin barrier feels supported, it becomes better at retaining moisture and regulating itself. Redness decreases. Tightness softens. Sensitivity becomes less frequent. Slowing down does not mean doing less for your skin. It means giving it the right conditions to recover.

Careful repetition builds trust between the skin and the routine. Over time, that trust translates into comfort and balance.

The Difference Between Doing Skincare and Practicing Care

There is a difference between completing a routine and engaging in one.

Doing skincare often feels mechanical. Cleanse quickly. Apply products fast. Move on to the next task. Practicing care introduces intention into those same steps. It slows the pace and shifts attention back to the body.

Touch matters. The warmth of hands, gentle pressure, and deliberate application help relax facial muscles and encourage circulation. Breath matters too. Taking a moment to breathe deeply while applying skincare can help reduce tension that contributes to inflammation and sensitivity.

Repetition matters most of all. When skincare is practiced consistently and calmly, the skin begins to anticipate it. This predictability reduces reactivity and allows the barrier to function more efficiently.

Practicing care turns skincare into a ritual rather than a task. Over time, that ritual supports not only healthier skin, but a calmer relationship with it.

A Self-Love Evening Ritual for February

Evening is when slowing down feels most natural. The day is complete, stimulation fades, and the body begins to transition into rest. An intentional nighttime ritual supports not only the skin, but the nervous system as well.

Cleanse
Begin by gently transitioning out of the day. The Rose Water Gentle Cleanser removes makeup, sunscreen, and buildup without disrupting the skin’s natural moisture balance. Its soft, calming feel helps signal to the skin that it is safe to relax.

Tone
After cleansing, apply the Lavender Niacinamide Pore Minimizer Toner to calm and rebalance stressed skin. This step helps refine the look of pores while supporting barrier comfort. Lightly pressing the tonique into the skin rather than wiping allows for a more soothing experience.

Moisturize
Seal in comfort with the Rose Water Hydrating Milk. This lightweight moisturizer delivers hydration without heaviness, making it ideal for evenings when skin needs reassurance rather than intensity. Apply slowly, using gentle upward motions to encourage relaxation.

Shower Ritual
Extend care beyond the face with a calming shower ritual. The French Lavender Shower Gel helps relax the body and senses, creating a full transition into rest. Warm water combined with soothing aromatics supports overall calm, which in turn benefits the skin.

This ritual is not about perfection or timing. It is about presence and consistency.

How Intentional Rituals Change Skin Over Time

Intentional skincare rituals create cumulative benefits. When skin is cared for gently and consistently, it becomes less reactive and more predictable. Inflammation decreases. Sensitivity softens. Comfort lasts longer throughout the day.

Over time, the barrier strengthens because it is no longer being challenged unnecessarily. Products absorb more effectively. Hydration stays balanced. Skin begins to feel steady rather than fluctuating between extremes.

There is also a psychological benefit. When skincare becomes a moment of care rather than correction, stress levels decrease. This reduction in stress supports skin health in ways products alone cannot achieve.

Intentional rituals shift skincare from something you do for your skin to something you do with your skin.

Conclusion

Self love in skincare is not reserved for special occasions or indulgent moments. It is practiced quietly, daily, through consistency and care.

February invites a slower pace. A chance to listen rather than correct. When skincare is approached with intention, the skin responds with comfort, balance, and ease.

Slowing down does not mean neglecting results. It means creating the conditions where results can last. And over time, that care shows up not just in how your skin looks, but in how it feels to live in it.

FAQ: Skincare as Self Care

Can slowing down really improve skin health?

Yes. Slowing down can have a meaningful impact on skin health. Chronic stress and rushing can increase inflammation and sensitivity in the skin. Gentle, intentional routines help reduce that stress response, support barrier recovery, and allow the skin to regulate itself more effectively. Over time, this leads to improved comfort, fewer reactive episodes, and a more balanced appearance.

How long should a self care skincare routine take?

A self care routine does not need to be long to be effective. Even five to ten intentional minutes can make a difference. What matters more than duration is presence. Applying products slowly, with attention and consistency, allows the skin and nervous system to benefit from the ritual.

Is skincare considered self care?

Skincare can absolutely be self care when it is practiced with intention. When skincare shifts from correcting flaws to supporting comfort and well-being, it becomes a form of daily care. This approach nurtures both the skin and the relationship you have with it, making self care something that happens consistently rather than occasionally.

9 G-Spot Sex Positions for Deep Penetration and Intense Orgasms

0

How to do it: Okay, this one isn’t exactly a body position for penetrative sex, so much as it is a reminder not to forget about the curved sex toys designed to make stimulating your G-spot easier. Engle recommends combining toy play with oral sex: The giver can insert something like a stainless steel wand (she likes the one from nJoy), while also using their tongue on the receiver’s clit. And both partners can be in whatever positions are most comfortable while allowing the giver easy access to the receiver’s vulva.

Why it’s great: This is a pretty “optimal” experience for the receiver, Engle says, because you’re getting the benefit of a curved toy—which may be better than a penis or straight dildo in terms of accessing your G-spot—as well as the kind of external clit stuff that can only happen with oral (licking, sucking, kissing, etc.). Orgasmically speaking, it’s basically a best-of-both-worlds scenario.

9. Legs-on-shoulders missionary

How to do it: Just like the name implies, this position is a twist on the OG missionary where the receiver, lying on their back, lifts their legs up toward the ceiling and places them on the shoulders of the penetrator (who kneels and hovers on top of them, controlling the thrusting as in a typical missionary). The receiver can also start with just one leg on the penetrator’s shoulder if it feels like a hamstring stretch to do both, Rowntree says.

Why it’s great: “Raising the legs high narrows the vaginal canal while directing penetration toward the front wall, where the G-spot is located,” Rowntree says. Shallow grinding or rocking motions—versus longer in-and-out strokes—can ensure the penetrator is hitting not only your G-spot but also all the surrounding areas that allow for sustained pleasure, she adds. And as with other takes on missionary, you get the benefit of close eye contact that can dial up intimacy.

Understanding the anatomy involved with G-spot sex positions

The concept of a G-spot can be misleading, Dr. Tara says, as it implies that there’s essentially one button you push to feel a rush of pleasure. Instead, it can often be more like a general region, hence why she and other educators refer to it as the G-zone.

Sunday Business: Exit – Global Cosmetics News

0

If the past month has revealed one defining reality for beauty and personal care in 2026, it is that the industry is firmly in reset mode. After years of expansion, geographic reach and channel experimentation, brands and retailers are making sharper, often difficult decisions about leadership, footprint and capital allocation. This is not a moment of retreat, but one of consolidation—where sustainability, profitability and focus are taking precedence over scale for scale’s sake.

Leadership transitions have been among the clearest signals of this shift. Boots confirmed that CEO Ornella Barra will step down after nearly a decade at the helm, closing a transformative era marked by healthcare integration, omnichannel evolution and mounting pressure on the UK high street. Her departure reflects a broader generational handover underway across legacy retail, as businesses prepare for structurally different consumer behaviour and cost dynamics.

Brand retrenchment has also become more visible over the month. Malin + Goetz filing for UK administration and closing its store estate underscores the increasing difficulty of sustaining standalone physical retail without meaningful scale or profitability. In a similar vein, AS Beauty’s decision to close Mally Beauty and CoverFX highlights the limits of portfolio breadth in a fragmented, promotion-heavy market. These moves reflect a growing recognition that brand heritage must now be matched by operational efficiency and clear channel strategy.

Geographic focus has tightened as competition intensifies. Valentino Beauty exit from South Korea ’s illustrates how even prestige players are reassessing markets once viewed as essential. While the country remains globally influential, saturation, speed and rising customer acquisition costs have made sustained participation increasingly selective. Strategic withdrawal, in this context, is becoming a tool for margin protection rather than a signal of weakness.

Retail stress has been another defining theme of the month. Claire’s and The Original Factory Shop moving closer to administration highlight the continued fragility of value- and youth-oriented retail models amid higher operating costs and uneven footfall recovery. For beauty brands, these pressures matter deeply, as retailer instability can quickly translate into lost distribution, delayed payments and increased promotional dependency.

In contrast, consolidation is emerging as a stabilising strategy in travel retail. CTG Duty-Free’s agreement to acquire DFS’s Hong Kong and Macau business in an LVMH-backed deal reflects a recalibration toward operators with regional expertise and financial resilience. As travel flows rebalance across Asia, scale and local execution are increasingly critical to maintaining profitability in high-cost concession environments.

Direct-to-consumer models have also come under renewed scrutiny. Over the month, The Honest Company confirmed plans to exit DTC sales as part of a broader turnaround, reflecting a growing industry reassessment of capital-intensive, logistics-heavy channels. For many brands, wholesale and retail partnerships are once again proving to be more reliable drivers of sustainable growth.

At group level, portfolio simplification continues to reshape the landscape. Natura completed the sale of Avon International while retaining its Latin America operations, signalling a sharper geographic and operational focus. Meanwhile, Pola Orbis finalised the liquidation of its Orbis Beijing subsidiary, reinforcing the cautious stance many Japanese and Western groups are taking toward China amid ongoing complexity and margin pressure.

Taken together, the past month’s developments point to an industry recalibrating in real time. Beauty is not in decline, but it is becoming more disciplined—rewarding clarity of purpose, regional focus and financial resilience. In this phase of the cycle, success is increasingly defined not by how widely brands expand, but by how decisively they streamline and refocus for long-term durability.

13 Best Duvets 2026, Tested & Reviewed

0

Duvet FAQs

How do the best duvets of 2026 compare?

What duvet tog is best?

Tog ratings on duvets are an important factor to consider. In short: the lower the tog rating, the less warm it is, making low togs great for summer months and high togs best for winter months. “Duvets aren’t just about size or style, they’re engineered for seasonal comfort through a measurement called the tog rating,” explains Sally Bonser, sleep expert at Silentnight. “This rating indicates the duvet’s thermal insulation, or how well it retains heat. The higher the tog, the warmer the duvet.” “Depending on whether you sleep hot or cold, it’s important to not only choose a duvet for the season, but also depending on the kind of sleeper you are too,” adds Chris Tattersall, sleep expert and MD of Woolroom.

What is the best all year tog duvet?

All-season duvets, which are two separate tog duvets, can be clipped together with handy poppers to create your ideal thickness depending on the season. “While the duvet tog you select ultimately comes down to a matter of preference, I would suggest that a tog rate of between 7 to 10.5 would be ideal, as it’s suitable for all seasons,” explains Fabio Perrotta, director of buying at Dreams. Sally agrees that “a tog rate between 7–10.5 tog is a versatile, all-season option – perfect for spring and autumn, or for those who prefer a moderate sleeping temperature year-round.”

What is the best tog duvet for spring/autumn?

For spring or autumn, a tog rating between 7 and 9 usually feels like the sweet spot, offering enough warmth for cooler nights without drifting into full winter territory. If you tend to sleep warm or your bedroom holds onto heat, a lighter 4.5 to 6 tog can feel more breathable and easier to live with as temperatures fluctuate. It is that in-between layer that keeps sleep comfortable while the season does its unpredictable thing, especially when paired with a cotton duvet cover and breathable bedding.

What is the best duvet tog for winter?

“As the days grow shorter and temperatures begin to dip, many of us instinctively reach for the thermostat or plug in our electric blankets to stay warm,” says Sally Bonser. “Before you crank up the heat, remember that your duvet plays a crucial role in your nighttime comfort and warmth.” For winter, a tog rating of between 11 and 13 is ideal, and if your bedroom gets particularly cold, aim for at least 15 tog. “This simple seasonal switch can help regulate your body temperature more effectively, promoting deeper, uninterrupted sleep,” Sally adds. “It’s also a great opportunity to check the condition of your current duvet – if it’s lumpy, flat, or over five years old, it might be time for a replacement.”

What is the best duvet tog for summer?

For summer months, a duvet tog rating of between 2 and 8 for spring and summer is ideal. “Often, a 4.5 tog duvet strikes the perfect balance and allows you to use the same duvet from early spring through to the end of winter,” says Fabio. Sally also notes that “1-4.5 tog is ideal for hot summer nights or warm climates – these lightweight duvets offer breathability and prevent overheating.”

What is the best type of duvet to buy?

Naturally, this will depend on your personal preferences and needs. Generally, down duvets are considered the best for winter thanks to their superior warmth and lightweight feel. They’re filled with the soft under feathers of ducks or geese, providing excellent insulation. For those with allergies, synthetic duvets made from hypoallergenic materials are a great alternative.

Natural materials, including cotton, silk, bamboo, wool, feather and down, are often best for summer duvets – or for hot sleepers. When compared to synthetic-fill duvets, natural models tend to perform better in terms of temperature regulation and breathability. “Heat regulation is crucial to great sleep, and being too hot is often the number one disruptor of a great night’s sleep,” says Chris Tattersall.

Down duvets are known for their warmth and lightness. “This means your duvet will be lighter with more airflow and, therefore, offers better breathability compared to a more compact synthetic duvet,” says Fabio Perrotta. Synthetic duvets, on the other hand, are designed to replicate down without using feathers and are often cheaper and hypoallergenic. “Microfibre duvets are a good choice for a synthetic summer duvet as microfibre filling is designed to mimic the feel of cotton and feathers, so it’s much more lightweight,” adds Fabio.

What duvets do hotels use?

Ever stayed at a hotel and wondered, “What duvets do hotels use”? You’re not alone. Many hotels — especially luxury ones — use duvets filled with goose feather and down. Goose down is known for being incredibly light, soft, and giving that signature fluffy, cloud-like comfort. The quality of goose down can vary, but five-star hotels often go for high fill power options. That means better insulation, less weight, and an even fluffier feel – basically, sleep heaven. Dreamy.

But practicality plays a big role too. Hotel duvets are almost always machine washable, quick to dry and built for durability, which is why many opt for premium synthetic fillings that resist clumping and cope well with frequent laundering. Finished with crisp cotton covers and layered over supportive mattresses and hotel-grade pillows, the result is that familiar balance of lightweight, lofty and quietly luxurious that makes you reconsider your own bedding choices the moment you get home.

Are feather and down duvets ethical?

In short, feather and down duvets are not inherently cruel, but their ethics depend entirely on how the filling is sourced. Feather and down duvets use by-products of the food industry, rather than birds being raised purely for bedding, but concerns arise around practices like live-plucking and force-feeding. That is why traceability matters. Many reputable brands now source fillings certified by the Responsible Down Standard, which sets strict rules around animal welfare and supply chain transparency.

If a duvet clearly states its down or feather is responsibly sourced, audited and certified, it’s generally considered an ethical option within the category. Higher quality duvets also tend to use better-grade fillings, meaning longer durability, better loft retention and fewer replacements over time, which has its own sustainability upside. Still, the lack of clear sourcing information is a red flag, especially at very low price points.

For anyone who’d rather avoid animal-derived fillings altogether, modern alternatives have come a long way. Premium synthetic duvets now deliver that cloud-like feel with impressive breathability and temperature regulation, often alongside hypoallergenic and eco-conscious credentials. The good news is that ethical sleep no longer means compromising on comfort, and the best brands are making it easier to choose well, without the bedtime guilt.

How often should I replace my duvet?

It’s recommended that you replace your duvet every 2-5 years, depending on quality, filling and how hard it’s working night after night. Over time, even a high quality duvet will start to lose its loft, meaning less warmth, poorer temperature regulating performance and a noticeably flatter feel that no amount of shaking can fix. Regular washing helps, but it doesn’t stop the gradual build-up of dust mites and allergens, which can make a tired duvet less comfortable and less hygienic, especially for allergy sufferers.

Seasonal changes often highlight when a swap is overdue. “The clocks going back is usually a good indicator of when to switch your duvet,” says Sally Bonser, “but as a general rule, you should make the change when average nighttime temperatures consistently fall below 10°C, as we are starting to see.” If you find yourself feeling either chilly or overheating despite adjusting layers, that is another clue your duvet is past its best.

Pay attention to how it feels, not just how it looks. If the filling has started to clump, feels uneven across the bed or no longer springs back after airing, it is probably time for an upgrade. A fresh duvet restores that plump, breathable comfort that makes getting into bed feel properly inviting again, and it tends to work better with the rest of your sleep set-up, from your mattress and pillows to your duvet cover.

How to clean your duvet

Fortunately, most duvets are now machine washable and safe for tumble dryers. However, it’s crucial to follow the specific care instructions on each duvet to ensure proper cleaning and to extend its lifespan. Summer duvets, with their lower tog ratings, usually fit comfortably in most washing machine drums. In contrast, winter duvets with higher tog ratings or larger duvet sizes, like king or emperor, might require a trip to a launderette or dry cleaners.

For optimal maintenance, it’s recommended to wash bedding at 60°C to effectively eliminate dust mites and bacteria. While 40°C is adequate for general cleaning, 60°C provides a more thorough disinfection. As for how often to wash your duvet, every four months is a good guideline, though this can vary by brand. Some duvets may only need to be aired out rather than washed, so consider this when selecting a duvet, especially if it’s not machine washable.

As Sally sums up, “Your duvet plays a crucial role in keeping you warm and comfortable – but more than that, it can help you sleep better. Choosing the right tog for the season and knowing when to switch it up can make all the difference to how rested you feel.”

2026 is shaping up to be yet another great year for Formula Botanica with brand-new content, major events, and plenty of exciting projects on the horizon.

But before we look ahead, we wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect on 2025 and what made it so special – not to look back for nostalgia’s sake, but to show you what’s possible when you enrol in our award-winning courses and are supported by a global community that genuinely wants you to succeed.

Here’s a look back at some of the 2025 Formula Botanica highlights, alongside a few of the incredible community wins that inspired us along the way. And who knows? You might be featured next!

Formula Botanica in numbers – 2025 highlights

Celebrating 2025: A year of growth, innovation, and community wins at Formula Botanica

2025 has been an incredible year for Formula Botanica, the world’s leading online organic cosmetic formulation school.

Our mission is to teach the world how to formulate, and in 2025, we took another meaningful step towards that goal by continuing to share free, practical education for formulators at every stage. Last year, we:

Improving our free content & educational materials

But that’s not all! In 2025, we also continued to invest in how we teach and how we support our students throughout their learning journey.

Last year, we hosted over 50 student support sessions, practical workshops, and webinars to help our students throughout their studies and beyond. We also created 11 new Mini Labs for our CPD membership platform, The Lab at Formula Botanica, covering timely industry topics such as acids, AI, and biotech.

One major highlight was teaching pet skincare formulation for the very first time – a long-requested topic from our community.

In 2025, the Formula Botanica team also attended key industry events and cosmetic trade shows to help our students stay ahead of emerging industry trends and keep providing the best and most up-to-date education possible.

Revamping our award-winning formulation courses

One of our proudest achievements of the past year was definitely the revamp of our award-winning Advanced Diploma in Organic Cosmetic Science, which followed the update of our foundation Diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation two years ago.

Regularly reviewing and updating our courses is part of our commitment to delivering the highest standard of education for formulators and beauty entrepreneurs worldwide, and we hope you can take part in them too!

Another major achievement happened in November 2025, as we hosted our first-ever Global Meetup Week.

For the first time ever, Formula Botanica students, graduates, and our team met face-to-face at events happening all around the world. It was an extraordinary week and a memory we’ll always treasure.

We loved seeing our community connect face-to-face, form new friendships, and share their passion for formulation and indie beauty. This just goes to show what an amazing community you can be part of once you enrol in our award-winning courses.

For many of our students, 2025 was a year of big milestones – completing courses, submitting final projects, graduating, and stepping confidently into the next phase of their formulation or entrepreneurial journey.

One of the most exciting community achievements was our graduates’ winning over 96 awards at the Beauty Shortlist Awards across different categories, including sustainability, innovation, and formulation excellence. You can read more about this amazing accomplishment here:
