6 Signs It’s Time to Leave Your Toxic Mom Group, According to Therapists

0

One more thing to consider, per Dr. Gallagher: Perception is everything. “Sometimes we think things are more calculated than they really are,” she says. “These get-togethers can happen on a whim, and it’s important to not assume you were intentionally excluded.” Not only that: Dr. Saltz says it’s possible that you could be projecting internal feelings onto the group. “Most new moms already overly harshly judge themselves. In addition, it doesn’t take much to feel judged by others,” she says. “Some may be true, but some may be a projection of your own self-judgment.”

If you feel loved and supported by your mom group, more power to you. But if you’re unsure of how your mom group is serving you, it’s fair to wonder if you should walk away. All of that said, these are the biggest signs that therapists flag.

1. There’s a lot of gossip.

There’s a reason why gossip is contagious—it’s fun and builds a point of connection between people. But there’s a big difference between talking about Taylor Swift’s reported wedding plans and having negative conversations about another member of the group or a mutual acquaintance. “If there’s a lot of gossip that doesn’t make you feel good, that’s worth considering,” Dr. Gallagher says.

2. You don’t feel like yourself in the group.

It’s normal to showcase different sides of yourself in various social situations, Tamar Gur, MD, PhD, director of the Sarah Ross Soter Women’s Health Research Program at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, tells SELF. “But when you find yourself not being able to bring your whole self to the table, or you edit everything you say, that’s really a red flag that you should think about departing,” she says.

3. Your values don’t align.

Motherhood can be a powerful shared experience that connects women from different walks of life. While you can absolutely have a connection with fellow moms based on that alone, Dr. Gallagher points out that different values can be difficult to navigate over time. Those values can be based on a range of topics, from politics to simply what you feel is most important in life.

4. You’re craving something deeper.

Being a mom can be an all-encompassing experience, but not everyone wants to discuss the ins and outs of motherhood 24/7. “You may not want to talk about the PTA the whole time you’re together,” Dr. Gallagher notes. “And it’s OK if you don’t.”

5. You’re in a different phase of life.

Every person has their own life outside of motherhood, and that can influence how you feel about the group and its dynamics. “If you’re going through a divorce, it may be hard to be around friends who are not,” Dr. Gallagher says. “You just simply may not be able to relate, or certain conversations may be difficult for you. You also may want to find more people who are focusing on the same struggles you’re dealing with.”

6. You can’t stop thinking about the way your mom group makes you feel.

Mom groups are designed to be fun and supportive, but that’s not the experience for everyone. Feelings that you’re being left out or unsupported in your group can be hard to shake. “If you find that you’re thinking or talking about this a lot, that’s important to pay attention to,” Dr. Gallagher says.

There are a few different steps you can take next.

It’s important to remember that you don’t have to be in a mom group, but Dr. Gallagher recommends making a few moves before you fully cut ties if you still could see yourself spending time with these people.

Coverage & Finish

What I love most about this foundation is its skin-perfecting coverage. It evens everything out effortlessly and gives a silky, luminous finish that looks like real skin. It gives the skin a gorgeous glow, and if you like the dewy look, you will love this.

Sculpted By Aimee Cream Cushion mesh delivery system

It’s super buildable, so if you prefer a lighter, everyday tint, you can keep it sheer. Or, if you want more coverage, you can layer it up without it looking cakey or heavy.

Longevity & Wear

Even though I don’t tend to set it with powder, the wear time is really impressive. It stays put throughout the day and wears away evenly without clinging to dry patches or settling into fine lines.

And because it’s a cushion compact, it’s super easy to top up whenever you need to. You can just tap on a little more with the puff for a quick refresh.

What skin type is it good for?

I have combination skin and find it really good on my skin type. I love a glow, so it’s ideal for my needs. There’s a chance that if you are oily, it may be a little too glowy for you. It will definitely suit dry or mature skin.

Do you need to powder it?

I am combination skin, as I said, and I have mainly been skipping powder. If I was expecting a super long day, I’d give it a light powder on the t-zone. If you are oily, you will probably need to set this with powder.

Where to buy it

The Sculpted By Aimee Cream Cushion Foundation is £28 for 15g and is available now via the links below:

Final Thoughts

The Sculpted By Aimee Cream Cushion Foundation has quickly become one of my everyday go-tos. It delivers that perfect balance of coverage, glow, and natural finish, and it’s so easy and mess-free to use.

Whether you’re applying it with the puff or your favourite brush, it leaves your skin looking fresh, even, and beautifully radiant.

Winter Glow Guide 3 Top Products for Hydrated Skin

0

Winter skin care becomes essential when cold air, indoor heating and low humidity start to dry out your skin. During winter your skin loses moisture faster which can lead to tightness, flaking and irritation. Choosing products that lock in hydration helps maintain softness and glow even on the coldest days.

Here are three great products to hydrate dry winter skin.

1. Fenty Skin Dew N Plump Intense Hydration Slushie Face Mask

Screenshot 2026 01 07 At 92502 AM 1

This mask is designed to drench dry skin with moisture. The slushie like texture has tiny oil bubbles that burst when you massage it into your skin delivering intense hydration. Rihanna describes how it feels like a hydration drink for skin and that moisture is locked in fast. This makes it a strong choice when winter air leaves your face feeling tight or dull.

2. CeraVe Moisturizing Cream

Cerave Moisturizing Cream 16oz Jar Front 700x875 V4 4c7d5d

CeraVe Moisturizing Cream is widely recommended by dermatologists for winter skin care. It contains ceramides and hyaluronic acid which help restore the skin barrier and attract moisture. This thick cream is especially effective for hands, elbows or anywhere that gets extra dry in cold weather. Its gentle formula suits most skin types including sensitive skin.

3. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

S2273639 Main Zoomjpg

Winter air can be harsh on lips making them chapped or cracked. The Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask uses berry extracts and moisturizing agents to soothe and repair dry lips overnight. Apply it before bed and wake up with lips feeling softer and smoother. It’s a quick easy addition to winter skin care that makes a noticeable difference.

In cold months drink water throughout the day and avoid super hot showers which can strip natural oils from skin. Apply your hydrating products right after cleansing to help lock in moisture. Using a gentle cleanser also supports your winter skin care routine by keeping irritation at bay.

Winter does not have to mean dry itchy skin. With the right products and a simple routine you can keep your skin hydrated, balanced and glowing. These three products support healthy moisture levels whether you are inside near heaters or out in cold wind.

The 2026 Vision for Nourishing, Transparent Bea – 100% PURE

0

Introduction

The beauty industry has changed dramatically. Today’s consumer is no longer satisfied with promises printed on glossy packaging or trending buzzwords that fade as quickly as they appear. People are informed, curious, and increasingly skeptical. They read ingredient lists. They question claims. They want to know not just what they are using, but why it exists and how it truly affects their skin over time.

This evolution is not something to resist. It is something to welcome.

This letter is not a product announcement, a campaign launch, or a trend forecast. It is a principle-based reflection on where beauty is headed and where we believe it should go. At 100% PURE, we have always believed that skincare should support the skin’s natural intelligence rather than override it. As we look ahead to 2026, our vision is rooted in nourishment, transparency, and respect for skin as a living, responsive organ.

True beauty does not come from excess. It comes from understanding.

Skin Health vs. Skincare — Why the Difference Matters

The terms skincare and skin health are often used interchangeably, but they are not the same—and that distinction matters deeply.

Skincare, as it is commonly marketed, often focuses on surface-level outcomes: instant glow, rapid smoothing, dramatic overnight change. These results can be visually appealing, but they do not always reflect what is happening beneath the surface. Skin health, on the other hand, is about long-term function. It asks whether the skin barrier is intact, whether inflammation is controlled, whether hydration can be retained, and whether the skin can tolerate daily environmental stressors without becoming reactive.

Healthy skin is resilient skin.

Barrier integrity is central to this conversation. The skin barrier regulates moisture retention, defends against pollutants, and communicates with the immune system. When it is compromised—by stress, over-cleansing, aggressive exfoliation, or environmental exposure—no amount of topical hydration can fully compensate. Products may temporarily soften the skin, but without barrier repair, hydration escapes and sensitivity increases.

Trends come and go, but the biology of skin does not change. Nourishment, tolerance, and balance will always matter more than speed or spectacle. As a brand, we believe skincare should work with the skin’s natural processes, not against them.

Transparency as a Non-Negotiable Value

Transparency is no longer optional in beauty—it is foundational.

At 100% PURE, transparency means more than listing ingredients. It means explaining why each ingredient is there, how it functions within the formulation, and what role it plays in skin health. We believe education is more empowering than fear-based marketing. Rather than convincing people that their skin is flawed or deficient, we aim to help them understand how skin works and how to support it thoughtfully.

When consumers understand ingredients, they make better long-term decisions. They learn to recognize when their skin is overwhelmed, when it needs rest, and when it needs reinforcement rather than correction. Transparency builds trust, but more importantly, it builds confidence.

A well-informed customer does not chase every new launch. They build routines that respect their skin’s limits and adapt to their needs over time. That is the future of beauty.

What Nourishment Really Means in Formulation

Nourishment is often misunderstood as heaviness or indulgence. In reality, true nourishment is precise, purposeful, and respectful of skin physiology. Every step of a routine—from cleansing to treatment—should preserve and reinforce skin function rather than deplete it.

Cleansing Without Stripping

Cleansing is the foundation of any routine, yet it is one of the most common sources of barrier damage. Harsh surfactants can disrupt lipid balance and compromise the skin’s protective layer.

The Argan Oil Creamy Cleanser was formulated to remove impurities while maintaining essential moisture. Argan oil is rich in fatty acids that support barrier lipids, allowing the skin to remain supple and balanced after cleansing rather than tight or depleted. A cleanser should prepare the skin for nourishment—not strip it of what it needs.

Supporting Skin Structure and Repair

Skin repair is an ongoing biological process, especially during periods of stress or environmental exposure. Peptides play a vital role in supporting this process by communicating with the skin and encouraging resilience.

The Mushroom Peptides Firming Serum reflects our commitment to functional ingredients that support skin structure without overstimulation. Mushroom-derived peptides are valued for their adaptive properties, helping skin respond more effectively to daily stress while supporting firmness and elasticity over time.

Moisturizing to Reinforce Function, Not Just Softness

Moisturizers are often judged by how quickly they soften the skin, but softness alone is not a reliable indicator of skin health. True moisturization reinforces the barrier, reduces trans-epidermal water loss, and supports long-term comfort.

The Mushroom Peptide Moisturizer was developed with this philosophy in mind. It delivers moisture while reinforcing the skin’s natural defenses, helping the skin retain hydration rather than constantly seeking it from external sources.

Brightening With Intention, Not Aggression

Radiance should be a result of healthy skin turnover and balanced hydration—not irritation. Overly aggressive brightening can compromise the barrier and lead to long-term sensitivity.

The Vitamin C Glow Max Bright Mask offers a more considered approach. Vitamin C is used to support clarity and luminosity while respecting the skin’s tolerance. Brightening should enhance skin vitality, not disrupt it.

Building Trust Through Education, Not Hype

The beauty industry has long relied on urgency: faster results, stronger actives, more dramatic transformations. But real skin health does not operate on deadlines.

Our commitment is to long-term outcomes, not instant gratification. Education allows individuals to build routines that evolve with their skin rather than constantly correcting perceived flaws. When people understand the difference between hydration and moisture, between sensitivity and imbalance, between nourishment and overload, they gain control over their skincare journey.

Trust is built when brands empower rather than pressure. At 100% PURE, we believe the future of beauty lies in collaboration between science, transparency, and informed self-care.

Looking Ahead: Our Vision for 2026

As we move toward 2026, our vision is clear: beauty rooted in integrity, education, and nourishment. We see a future where skincare supports longevity rather than chasing perfection, where formulations are designed for resilience, and where transparency is the standard—not the exception.

Healthy skin is not about chasing results; it is about cultivating balance. When skin is informed, nourished, and supported, it does not need constant correction. It simply functions as it was designed to.

We invite you to think differently about what results really mean—and to join us in building a future where beauty is honest, intentional, and deeply respectful of skin health.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does a skin-health-first brand mean?

A skin-health-first brand prioritizes long-term function over short-term cosmetic effects. It focuses on barrier integrity, tolerance, and resilience rather than instant visual changes.

2. Why is ingredient transparency important in skincare?

Transparency allows consumers to understand how products work, make informed choices, and build routines that support skin health rather than overwhelm it.

3. How does nourishment support long-term skin health?

Nourishment reinforces the skin barrier, reduces inflammation, and helps the skin retain hydration, leading to improved resilience and comfort over time.

Education helps individuals recognize their skin’s needs, avoid overcorrection, and build sustainable routines.

10. What does 100% PURE aim to change in the beauty industry?

We aim to shift the focus from hype-driven skincare to informed, nourishing, and transparent beauty that prioritizes long-term skin health.

ILIA Overglaze Lip Gloss Review

0

There have been so many new lip launches over the past year—the market is fully saturated, but the people (myself included) love it. I’m the woman with at least five lippies at the bottom of every bag, so why not add a few more favorites to the mix? Today, ILIA dropped its new Overglaze Lip Gloss (I’ve been testing it for a few weeks now), and I adore this formula. In fact, in the sea of balms and oils we’ve grown accustomed to recently, this new launch has restored my love of gloss—a tried-and-true lip gloss with slip and shine, but no ick factor. Here’s my honest review.

What I Love About This Lip Gloss

First, the shade range. There are 12 beautiful shades inspired by the “lustrous glazes of ceramics,” and the names follow suit: Terra, Enamel, Mosaic, Vessel, etc. Honestly, I’m not even sure they needed 12 shades because a few of them are very similar, but nonetheless, there’s something beautiful to flatter every skin tone. My favorite of the bunch of Enamel, a mauvey pink, which is my go-to, everyday shade and super wearable. I tend to lean toward the nude-pinks, and this collection masters that color family well. One of the boldest hues in the group is a cherry red called Flambé, but because of the sheerness of the formula, it isn’t incredibly pigmented.

Next, the hydration. There’s nothing worse than a lip gloss disappearing after 20 minutes and your lips feel drier than they were before you applied it. That doesn’t happen with Overglaze, which is formulated with moisturizing fenugreek seed extract, and my lips still feel soft hours later. There’s a win-win with this gloss: I love the soft texture of the actual gloss, but also the soft texture of my lips once the gloss is gone. In clinical testing, the formula proved to keep lips hydrated for 24 hours! It also boasts a clinical claim for boosting lip volume (thanks to seaweed extract), but I haven’t noticed that benefit yet and don’t need it to love and appreciate this gloss.

BUY ON ILIA BEAUTY – $26

I also very much appreciate that there’s no strange taste or sticky, tacky feeling. For me, it’s the perfect consistency and super comfortable and cushiony on my lips. In a clinical study with 52 people, 100 percent of participants said the lip gloss doesn’t feather or bleed (based on immediate evaluation), and after 21 days of use, 98 percent said their bare lips looked and felt healthier. I can agree with both of those findings! Overglaze is a keeper.

I’m a Psychiatrist Who Treats Body Image Issues. I Also Got a Mommy Makeover

0

The mommy makeover didn’t fix my body image issues because my body was never the issue to begin with. The issue is that I live in a world that taught me, since I was a little girl, that my body was something to be managed, controlled, perfected. That taking up space was something to apologize for. That my value as a woman was directly tied to how small I could make myself. I’m surviving in a culture that profits from women’s insecurity, selling us the idea that we’re always one purchase, one procedure, one diet away from finally being enough.

My patients and I don’t just talk about their bodies, but about what it means to be a woman in a world that simultaneously tells you you’re too much and not enough. We talk about how much mental energy they’re spending on self-surveillance that could be directed anywhere else. We talk about what they’re waiting for, what they’re putting off, what version of their life they’re not living because they don’t feel “ready” yet.

I don’t regret getting the mommy makeover—I don’t think it made me a hypocrite or a failure. It gave me a deeper understanding of how powerful these forces are. How even when you know better, even when you treat this professionally, you can still find yourself caught in the same trap.

What I tell my patients now is this: You can make whatever choices you want about your body—surgery, weight loss, GLP-1s. But don’t expect it to fix the underlying issue: the belief that your body is the problem.

Stop waiting to be “ready.”

The goal isn’t to love your body every single day. That’s unrealistic, and frankly, another thing to fail at. The goal is to stop letting your body dictate whether you get to live your life. Get in the photos with your kids. Go on the vacation. Wear the thing. Do the activity. Your life is happening right now, and you don’t get these moments back.

Is Your Skin Trying To Tell You Something? – Merindah Botanicals

0

Your skin can often reflect what’s happening beneath the surface — especially when it feels out of balance..

By simply looking at the location of skin changes on your face, as well as the texture and condition, you can get an understanding of your overall health and wellness. What should you look for, and what can you do about it? Take a look below at four common areas on your face that can offer a little insight in to what is going on in your body.

Your Chin

The chin is often associated with elimination and digestion, particularly of the bowel area and lower digestive tract.

What should I look for?

It is very common to see stubborn blackheads on this part of the face, as well as congestion. If these are persistent and not necessarily in line with your menstrual cycle (for women), it can be representative of poor elimination in your body. Our skin is the biggest organ in our body where toxins escape from.

If your other organs relating to your bowel and lower digestive tract become troubled, your skin will take the brunt. This can be caused by diets that are high in sugar, caffeine or alcohol, not drinking enough water, and not eating enough fibre.

Your Jawline

This relates specifically to the areas below the corners of your mouth. This part of the face relates to our sex organs – testicles for men, and ovaries for women.

What should I look for?

This area of skin is a common place to experience breakouts and congestion. For many women, this is a regular occurrence in line with their menstrual cycle. However, some women may experience chronic breakouts or extreme hair growth, which can sometimes point to a deeper imbalance and may relate to an issue that needs to be looked at involving the menstrual cycle and reproductive organics.

Above The Top Lip

This area is one that many women will relate to, and correlates with our reproductive system.

What should I look for?

Some women experience breakouts and blackheads in this area, or excessive hair growth or pigmentation. Many of these changes often occur due to oral contraceptives or other medications, or with health issues relating to the reproductive area as above.

The Forehead

It may be hidden under a rather stylish fringe or pulled away from your face with grips, but the forehead offers a lot of understanding about what is going on with your liver and digestion of the upper digestive tract.

What should I look for?

If you can see dryness or flaky skin, skin irritation or congestion, it might be a sign that your digestive system isn’t happy. It may be having trouble breaking down specific foods that you are eating, and/or may be a sign that you’re currently experiencing bloating, excessive gas or indigestion.

What can I do about my skin if I experience any issues?

When your skin feels out of balance, the answer isn’t doing more — it’s supporting it consistently.

15 Years of Woohoo: From a Tiny Kitchen to BO-Free Pits Everywhere

0

style=”;”
/>

This year, our little business turns 15. FIFTEEN. Which feels equal parts how did that happen? and wow, what a wild ride!

So, in true birthday-month fashion, we thought we’d do something a little nostalgic and take a stroll down Woohoo Lane. A reminder that the brightest business ideas really can start in a very small kitchen 🙂

Grab a cuppa. Let’s rewind.

2010–2012: The Home-Grown Days (aka Happy Skincare)

Before Woohoo Body was… well, Woohoo Body, there was Happy Skincare.

It all started in 2010, when Aaron mixed up an all-natural stretch mark cream for Phoebe during her first pregnancy. That small, thoughtful act sparked a much bigger idea: could we build a home-based e-commerce business making natural skincare that actually worked?

We didn’t have business backgrounds and we definitely didn’t have it all figured out – but we were curious, determined, and willing to learn fast. Early days were spent researching, surveying potential customers, building a website, and testing ideas between work, nappies, and late-night cups of tea.

Eventually, we began small-batch making at home. It was hands-on, a bit chaotic, very DIY… and honestly? Kind of magical.

2012–2016: Getting Out There (Markets, Pop-ups & Real Conversations)

Alongside growing online, we made a big effort to get out into the community and meet people face-to-face.

Our very first market was in Maitland in 2012 – stuck in a dark, dingy corner where we didn’t sell a single thing. But wow, did we learn a lot.

From there, we:

  • held stalls at Hunter Breast Cancer Foundation events
  • packed up the car and drove to Brisbane for an event in 2013, meeting inspiring small business folk putting themselves out there
  • set up pop-up stores inside our local organic grocer, Goodness Me Organics, who still stocks Woohoo today
  • travelled to Melbourne for World Vegan Day in 2016 (our biggest event yet!)
  • spent 2017–2018 at vegan markets on the Central Coast, meeting many customers who are still with us today

Those market days taught us everything – what people loved, what they didn’t, what their skin struggled with, and how powerful real, human conversations can be.

These days, we don’t do many markets because our little Adamstown shop keeps us beautifully busy – but we still love every in-person chat that comes through the door.

2015: The Natural Deodorant That Changed Everything

After several years of learning (and plenty of struggle), we spotted a growing gap in the market for natural deodorant that actually worked.

In 2015, we launched Woohoo Body as a second, separate brand, designed specifically for deodorant and for retail shelves. And… WHOA.

You loved it. You told your friends. They told theirs. Within months, Woohoo Body was picked up by a national distributor, and in 2017 it won Best Natural Deodorant.

This wasn’t an overnight success – it was built on four years of hard lessons – but it was the moment we realised: okay… we might really be onto something here.

2016–2019: Warehouses, Growth & a Real Team

As orders grew, our house filled with boxes (literally to the ceiling), and with a second little human on the scene, something had to give.

In 2016, we leased our first warehouse. Not glamorous – but a huge step. It let us bring packing and fulfilment in-house, improve quality, and hire our very first team member.

Over the next few years, the team grew organically – manufacturing help, customer care, casual packers, and an office manager – all local legends who became the backbone of what we do.

By 2019, we’d outgrown the space again and purchased our own warehouse in Adamstown. More room, more care, more Woohoo magic – and still made by real humans, by hand, right here in Newcastle.

2020–2022: Simplifying & Becoming Woohoo Body

COVID changed a lot for us. International plans stalled and running multiple brands began to feel heavy and complicated (by then we didn’t just have Happy Skincare and Woohoo Body – we also had Happy You Hair and HESO Men’s Grooming!).

So we made a big, heart-led decision: simplify.

In August 2022, we consolidated everything into one brand – Woohoo Body. It felt lighter, more authentic, and much more us. Less about beauty ideals, more about feel-good products that get real results.

Deodorant stayed (and always will be) our hero. And Woohoo Body became the home for everything we love making.

Today: 15 Years In (and Just Getting Started)

Here we are. Fifteen years of learning, pivoting, experimenting, failing, improving, growing – and doing it alongside the most incredible community.

Through every formula tweak, every launch, every small stumble and big win, you’ve been right there with us. And we’re so grateful.

It’s been one colourful, joy-filled adventure – and we’re only warming up.

From our little family to yours, here’s to the next chapter of BO-free pits, happy skin, healthy hair, and plenty of fun 🌈

Novo Nordisk launches oral Wegovy weight-loss treatment across US

0

THE WHAT? Novo Nordisk has begun broad US distribution of Wegovy pill, the first oral GLP-1 treatment approved for chronic weight management in adults with obesity or overweight with related medical conditions.

THE DETAILS The once-daily oral formulation of semaglutide received FDA approval on December 22, 2025 and is now available through more than 70,000 US pharmacies, including CVS and Costco, as well as selected telehealth platforms and online pharmacy services.

Clinical data from the Phase III OASIS 4 trial showed average weight loss of approximately 17 percent at 64 weeks among patients who remained on treatment, compared with around 3 percent for placebo. When including all trial participants regardless of treatment adherence, average weight loss was approximately 14 percent, versus 2 percent for placebo.

The starting dose of 1.5 mg is being offered via a self-pay programme at US$149 per month, with tiered pricing for higher doses. Novo Nordisk said the safety profile observed in OASIS 4 was consistent with previous injectable Wegovy trials, with gastrointestinal effects among the most commonly reported adverse reactions.

THE WHY? The launch marks a significant expansion of the GLP-1 market beyond injectable therapies, potentially broadening access and adoption among patients reluctant to use injections. For consumer health, nutrition and beauty-adjacent sectors, the rollout highlights the growing convergence of pharmaceutical weight management, wellness and long-term lifestyle intervention, as demand for obesity treatments accelerates in the US. Increased availability and lower entry pricing could further intensify competition across the rapidly expanding weight-loss category.

How to Use HydroPure Tinted Serum

0

As a diehard Liquid Minerals lover, I was apprehensive and excited about HydroPure Tinted Serum. I hoped it would have the same serum-like texture with the sheer tint that I love, and I was not disappointed! HydroPure Tinted Serum is packed with skincare ingredients like Hyaluronic AcidCoQ10, Olive Squalaneand, of course, pure mineral pigments for a natural-looking tint. This skin-loving formula has led many people to wonder if HydroPure Tinted Serum is skincare or makeup. For me, it’s definitively makeup;I love the super sheer coverage and ultra-glowy finish it gives my normal-to-dry skin. Here’s how I like to use HydroPure Tinted Serum!

How to Use HydroPure Tinted Serum: My Makeup Routine

1. HydroPure Tinted Serum
I start with two pumps and apply with my fingers. I find that using my fingers is a fast and easy way to apply my base, plus my fingers break down the encapsulated liposomes super easily.

2. Enlighten Concealer
I have dark under eyes, so for me it’s important to use a concealer. I love Enlighten Concealer because it’s a creamy formula with the perfect peachy undertone to camouflage my dark circles.

3. PurePressed Base Mineral Foundation
If I’m having a good skin day, I’ll skip PurePressed Base, but if I have a breakout, I like to pat PurePressed Base onto that area for added coverage.

4. POMMISST Hydration Spray
Whether I use PurePressed Base or not, I love to set my complexion with POMMISST Hydration Spray. The uplifting scent and antioxidant protection are added benefits to my skin.

5. Glow Time Blush Stick
I love pairing HydroPure Tinted Serum with a cream blush formula, so Glow Time Blush Stick was a no brainer! I used the shade Balmy on my cheeks and lips for added glow and color.

6. PureLash Lash Extender & Conditioner
To finish my simple, 5-minute face, I use PureLash Lash Extender & Conditioner and Longest Lash mascara. When used together these two lash items make my lashes look full, long and heathy!

I love the glowy, natural-looking coverage HydroPure Tinted Serum gives my skin; it’s a bonus that I’m doing my skin a favor by using a product full of skin-loving ingredients. And don’t worry, if you’re someone who likes more coverage, apply PurePressed Base after applying HydroPure Tinted Serum. By layering HydroPure Tinted Serum and PurePressed Base, your complexion will look refreshed and flawless.
