THE WHAT? Clinique La Prairie has launched Life Reset, a new mental health-focused longevity program, at its clinics in Switzerland and China.

THE DETAILS The seven-day, six-night program is designed for high-performing individuals or those beginning a longevity journey, with a focus on stress reduction, emotional balance and resilience. Life Reset is built around a proprietary framework described as the nine hallmarks of mental health and well-being, and follows the clinic’s established CLP Longevity Method, including molecular screening and personalised care plans.

The program combines mental health coaching with hypnotherapy, meditation, breathing techniques and immersive nature experiences, alongside non-invasive technology-based therapies such as sound vibration and vagus nerve stimulation. Participants also receive tailored supplements during their stay and for 60 days post-program.

THE WHY? As mental well-being becomes increasingly recognised as a core pillar of longevity, Clinique La Prairie is expanding beyond biological health into integrative, mind-body interventions. The launch also aligns with the rapid growth of the global mental health market, as premium wellness providers move to address demand for structured, science-backed mental health solutions within the longevity space.
