If you’ve read our Getting Started With Woohoo Skincare guide, this is the next step.

Below are simple ways to put your Woohoo products together based on your skin type. These aren’t strict rules – just simple starting points. If your skin loves it, keep going. If it doesn’t, dial it back. You’re always in charge.

Sensitive or Reactive Skin

If your skin gets easily irritated, the goal is calm and consistency.

Serums are optional – it’s completely fine to skip them.

Dry or Dehydrated Skin

Dry skin usually wants comfort and barrier support.

Optional

Normal or Combination Skin

If your skin feels fairly balanced, keep things simple and build slowly.

Optional

Oily or Blemish-Prone Skin (Including Teens)

The goal is balance – not stripping the skin.

Optional

Start slow with serums – more isn’t always better.

Mature or Dull Skin

Consistency and gentle actives tend to give the best results.

Sweet Dreams Ultra Rich Beauty Cream

(Optional night-time upgrade)

  • Use Sweet Dreams Ultra Rich Beauty Cream at night instead of Over the Moon – not together
  • Think of it like a cosy doona for your face – something to reach for when your skin needs a little extra comfort
  • A few nights a week is plenty for most people
  • If your skin is happy with Over the Moon day and night, you’re not missing out

Exfoliation

(Optional for everyone)

  • Konjac Sponges are the gentlest option and can be used daily if your skin enjoys them (most do!)

  • This Is Me Enzyme Exfoliator is a once-or-twice-a-week treat, not daily.

  • If your skin is extremely sensitive, it’s okay to skip exfoliation altogether.

The Simplest Routine (If You’re Unsure)

If you want the easiest possible place to start:

Cleanser (or Konjac + water) + Over the Moon Rich Repair Cream.

That’s enough for most people. Everything else is optional.

A Few Woohoo Skincare Truths

  • You don’t need lots of steps
  • Calm skin usually performs better than stressed skin
  • Barrier support comes first
  • Introduce one new product at a time
  • Listen to your skin (sounds woo-woo, but it works)

If you’d like an easy place to begin, the Get the Party Started Skincare Bundle brings together a few of our most-loved basics – no faff, no overcomplication, just feel-good skin support.
