To our loyal #LashClub,

We know these are worrying times and that you’re probably trying to ‘carry on as normal’ whilst doing your best to look after family and friends. We’re aware that The Eyelash Emporium has such an important role to play in making sure our lash community have the tools and products needed to keep practising and learning through what will be a quieter time. We wanted to personally reassure you that we are working really hard to keep our offices fully functioning and making sure your orders are processed and delivered to you as soon as possible.

We’re taking our responsibilities to respond to Coronavirus – COVID 19 seriously. First and foremost, we can promise you that looking after you and colleagues is our number one priority, which is why we’re staying close to the advice from the Government to make sure we’re doing the right things. While some members of our team in head office may be working from home, we are working hard to make sure we’re maintaining our service levels.

Deliveries

Demand for online shopping has increased and though we are maintaining our service levels by processing all orders made before 3.30pm the same day, we are experiencing some delays through our couriers and delivery services. Unfortunately due to this, please note there may be slight delays with some deliveries which are out of our control.

As a lash tech we know sometimes it can feel lonely, but rest assured we’re here for you. If you want to hear a friendly voice then our customer care team are still here to help on 01753 650656.
