Beiersdorf Posts €9.9 Billion in 2025 Sales as Derma Outperforms in Slowing Market

THE WHAT? Beiersdorf reported Group sales of €9.9 billion in 2025, representing organic growth of 2.4%, with Derma and Health Care driving performance despite a slowing global skin care market.

THE DETAILS Consumer Business sales reached €8.2 billion (+2.5% organic), supported by Derma growth of 11.7%—its fifth consecutive year of double-digit gains—and Health Care growth of 9.3%. NIVEA grew 0.9% to €5.5 billion amid market slowdown and restructuring in China, while La Prairie declined 4.5% to €478 million but returned to growth in the fourth quarter.

EBIT excluding special factors rose to €1.4 billion, lifting the margin slightly to 14.0% (2024: 13.9%). tesa generated €1.7 billion in sales (+1.8% organic) in a challenging environment. The company proposed a dividend of €1.00 per share and announced a new share buyback program of up to €750 million over the next two years. For 2026, Beiersdorf expects flat to slightly growing organic sales and an EBIT margin slightly below 2025 levels.
