Feel-good fudge for happy tums

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup almond nut butter

  • ¼ cup Coconut Oilmelted

  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao butter, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup Cacao Powder

  • ¼ cup rice syrup

  • 2 tablespoons of Melrose MCT Oil Kick Start

  • 21g of Love Your Gut Synbiotic Formula

How to:

  1. Set up a bain-marie (a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water).

  1. Gently melt all ingredients except the synbiotic in the bowl, stirring to combine.

  1. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

  1. Stir in the Love Your Gut Synbiotic Formula

  1. Pour into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.

  1. Refrigerate overnight or until fully set.

  1. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
